Veterinary Check-in
Color checks held in the show ring
 

  Saturday. May 5th, 2012

8 A.M.: 

Mandatory Exhibitors meeting at the show ring

8:30 A.M.: 

Suri and Huacaya Halter Classes begin

  • The Silent Auction Tables open. Bid High
    And Bid Often!
    Bidding will be over and winners announced at approximately 4 P.M.
  • Championship Classes, if minimum requirements are met, will follow each breed color group

Class Order: Huacaya & Suris will show alternately
Full Fleece:
Gray males and females
Black males and females
Brown males and females
Fawn males and females
Light males and females
White males and females
Multicolor males and females

Noon: 

Lunch break time and duration to be announced.

1:00 P.M.: 

(Approximate) Halter classes continue followed by Get of Sire, Produce of Dam, Best of Three, and Yearling Bred & Owned Classes
 

  Sunday. May 6th, 2012

9 A.M.: 

Shearing starts

** Please do not break down your stalls until at least 4 P.M. on Saturday. The public will be expecting to see alpacas. This show has been broadly advertised, and we would appreciate your help in the education of the public about alpacas and alpaca products. Thank you for attending!
